Plain terms for a free set of tools. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who these terms are with

"SerpHammer", "we" and "us" mean the operator of serphammer.com, Abhishek Chaurasiya. "You" means anyone using the site or its tools. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

2. The tools are free, and provided as they are

Every tool on this site is offered free of charge, with no account required unless the tool says otherwise. There is no service-level commitment: tools may be changed, moved or withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

Use the tools for legitimate SEO, marketing, development and research work. You must not:

• Use a tool to access, scrape or modify a website you do not own or have permission to work on, or in a way that breaches that site's terms of service or robots.txt.
• Use bulk features to generate abusive request volumes against any third party — including Google, WordPress installations, or any API — or to evade rate limits, CAPTCHAs or blocking.
• Collect personal data through these tools in breach of applicable data-protection law, or use collected contact data for unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer for exploitation, or gain unauthorised access to the site or to another user's data.
• Republish a tool as your own or present SerpHammer's output as a product you built. Linking to a tool is always fine and needs no permission.

You are responsible for what you do with the tools and for complying with the law and with the terms of any third-party service you point them at.

4. Third-party services and your own API keys

Some tools call third-party services, and some ask you to supply your own API key for a provider such as Google Gemini, Mistral, Serper, ScaleSERP or DataForSEO. When you do:

• Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, not by these terms.
• You are responsible for any charges, quota use or account action arising from calls you make with your key.
• The key is held in your browser and sent directly to that provider. We do not receive it, store it or use it. Keeping it secure on your device is your responsibility — do not use a shared or public computer for keys you care about.

We are not responsible for third-party services being unavailable, changing their terms, changing their pricing, or returning wrong results.

5. Accuracy — check the output

These tools report what public APIs, search results and page content give them, and some use AI models that can be confidently wrong. Results may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect. Verify anything you are going to act on, especially before making changes to a live site, deleting content, or making a commercial decision. The output is information, not professional advice.

6. Your data

What is collected and stored is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where a tool stores data for you — the Domain Manager — you keep ownership of what you enter, and you are responsible for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We do not guarantee against data loss and provide no backup service.

7. Intellectual property

The SerpHammer name, logo, site design, page content and tool source code are owned by us. You may use the tools and everything they output for your own or your clients' work, commercial work included, without attribution. You may not copy the site or a tool in order to redistribute or host it yourself.

8. No warranty

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, rankings, traffic or business opportunity, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. External links

The site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as tools change. The current version always lives at this URL, with the date of the last change below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
